Rang Elisa and was very impressed with her knowledge; she knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed they could do it no problem! Worked with me really well on times/dates to drop the car off and true to form, when I picked it up it was running exactly how it should. As for pricing, Audi wanted £900 for a new ECU, plus 3 hours labour at well over £100 an hour.....all done by Scantec in an hour and cost considerably less than an hours labour at Audi! Ross even checked a few bits on the car I said he could leave just so he could be sure it was running right; top man! Can't thank you both enough"

"I took my car to a few other garages to try to diagnose a fault IÂ had, but all failed to diagnose it. Was told to try Scantec and within no time the fault was found. Ross then phoned me and explained what was wrong and gave me my options and the car was fixed and ready the next day. Scantec are a lot cheaper than BMWÂ and seemed to have more knowledge of my car than my main dealer. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend"

Very professional and flexible. Moved mountain and earth to deliver customer service. Don't come here for last port of call, but come here for first port of call as it will save you money in the long run, if a job is worth doing properly, then Ross will do it properly first time, and won't rest until it's fixed. I really can't rate these guys enough to be honest. Worth their weight in gold.

"I used Scantec for the first time as a result of an RAC referral and subsequent poor response time from the main dealer. Scantec were instantly helpful in terms of offering options for service including a call out service or on site works. They kept me updated on the diagnostics and were extremely efficient purchasing the relevant service parts and turning the whole job around in an afternoon! Their invoicing systems are efficient as was their understanding that I needed my car as soon as possible. They even stayed open until 19.30 to enable me to get a lift to pick up my fixed car! I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others...Brilliant!"
